Test the product against your controls
These controls show how eHour handles approval authority, access boundaries, audit evidence and connections to your existing systems.
Features
Route timesheets through the right approvers
Configure multiple approval levels and place approvers in the order your process requires. Each timesheet follows that defined route before completion.
Assign access by responsibility
Choose from eight roles: Admins, Managers, Reporters, Client Managers, Project Managers, Line Managers, Team Managers and Time Trackers. Line managers see and approve their direct reports, team managers their teams, and project managers only time booked to their projects.
Trace every timesheet decision
The audit trail records every submission, approval, edit and rejection with user and timestamp, while locked periods prevent additions or changes after close, with approved and pending timesheets locking automatically.
Connect identity and data
Manage user access. Use SSO through Microsoft Entra ID or Google. SCIM 2.0 supports user provisioning from your identity system.
Connect your systems. Use the REST API to move data between eHour and your other systems.
