The weekly timesheet you already know

The weekly timesheet keeps the Excel-like grid you know from open-source eHour. Hours can now also be logged from a phone, with a running timer, in Jira, through the API, or via the eHour MCP server.

Is the open-source, on-premise edition of eHour still maintained?
No. The open-source, on-premise edition receives no further releases, maintenance updates, or security fixes. Product development now happens in the current eHour SaaS product.

Can I keep running my self-hosted installation?
Yes. Your existing installation does not stop working, but no new updates will be released for it. Existing bugs remain, and newly discovered security problems will not be patched.

eHour used to be free. Why does the current version cost money?
The open-source edition had no license fee, but each organization supplied its own server and maintained the installation. The SaaS price covers hosting, product updates, security maintenance, and support. Every feature is included. Monthly billing is €4.99 or $5.49 per user/month. With annual billing, the price is €4.49 or $4.99 per user/month. The 14-day trial requires no payment details.

Can I try the new eHour with my existing data?

How does the import work?
