Fill the whole week in one screen

The familiar spreadsheet grid. For people who catch up their work at the end of the day or week. The grid keeps the whole week visible, so entering, copying and adjusting hours feels familiar from the first time.

Log work as it happens

A running log. For people who add time throughout the day. Create separate entries with comments, tags, start and end times, so every piece of work can be recorded while it is still fresh.

Measure time precisely

Start-stop timer. For client calls, support work, consulting or legal work where the exact duration matters. Start a timer when work begins and save it as a time entry when you are done.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a timesheet?

A timesheet records how employees spend their working hours. It typically shows hours worked per day, which projects or tasks time was spent on, and whether hours are billable. Digital timesheets replace paper forms and spreadsheets with faster entry and automatic calculations.

Is it timesheet or time sheet?

Both spellings are used. "Timesheet" (one word) is more common in software and business contexts. "Time sheet" (two words) appears in older or more formal usage. They mean the same thing.

What's the difference between a timesheet and a time tracker?

A time tracker runs in real time: you start and stop a timer as you work. A timesheet is filled in after the fact, usually at the end of each day or week. eHour supports both: use the timer for precision, or enter hours manually in the timesheet view.

Where is my timesheet data stored?

eHour is hosted in the EU on European servers. Your data stays in Europe and is covered by EU data protection laws.

Is eHour GDPR compliant?

Yes. eHour is fully GDPR compliant. We process only the data needed to run your timesheets, and you control what happens to it.

Does eHour track employee location or activity?

No. eHour records the hours employees enter, and nothing else. No GPS tracking, no screenshots, no activity monitoring. We're a timesheet tool, not surveillance software.
